Shipping and Returns

All orders are typically processed within 72 hours of being received and shipped via Australia Post with tracking.
Special shipping requests can be made - please get in contact prior to placing your order to accomodate this.
Please get in contact for purchases outside of Australia, USA, Canada and the UK. International orders are welcome - delivery times and shipping rates will vary on location, and the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes or custom fees imposed by their country.
Danielle Vibert Ceramics is not liable for lost or stolen packages and assumes no responsibility once the parcel has been handed over to the shipping courier.
Returns/Faulty or Damaged Items
Refunds or returns can not be offered due to change of mind.
If your product arrives damaged, please get in touch within 1 week of delivery with your order number, photos of the damaged product and the parcel it came in. If the product is in stock, it will be replaced promptly. If the product is out of stock or one of a kind, you will be offered a refund or replacement.
